  1. Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Cloud Hosting:
    • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
      • Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
    • After 30 Days:
      • No refunds are provided after 30 days of service activation.
  2. Dedicated Hosting:
    • No refunds are provided for dedicated hosting services due to the custom nature of the setup.
  3. Pro-Rated Refunds:
    • Refunds for unused periods may be provided for specific hosting services, excluding setup fees and promotional discounts, if applicable.

Domain Registration:

  1. No Refund Policy:
    • Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable once the domain is successfully registered.
    • Exceptions are made for failed registrations, where a full refund will be processed.
  2. Domain Cancellation:
    • Customers can choose not to renew their domain. The domain will automatically expire at the end of its term if not renewed.

Add-On Services:

  • SSL Certificates:
    • Refunds are available if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and the certificate has not been activated.
  • Email Hosting and Backup Services:
    • Eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused periods, excluding any initial setup fees.

Refund Process:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approving the cancellation request.
  2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Termination by Hosting Mass:

  1. Hosting Mass reserves the right to terminate services without refund if customers violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., engaging in illegal activities, spam, or abusive practices).
  2. Customers will be notified via email in case of termination.
