1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Eligibility: New customers are eligible for a full refund on shared hosting plans if they cancel within the first 30 days of service. This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional services.
  • Exclusions: Certain services are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee, including but not limited to domain name registration, setup fees, SSL certificates, and any other add-ons.

2. Domain Name Registrations and Other Non-Refundable Services

  • Domains: Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable, as they are registered with external authorities and cannot be canceled once purchased.
  • Add-Ons: Additional services or add-ons, such as dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates, or third-party software licenses, are also non-refundable once activated.

3. Renewal Fees

  • Renewal fees for hosting plans are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for canceling their services before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue using them. Hosting Mass does not provide refunds for any unused time on an account once a renewal has been processed.

4. Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests must include the reason for cancellation and any relevant account details to expedite processing.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the request approval and will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Service Violations

  • If an account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.

6. Discretionary Refunds

  • Hosting Mass reserves the right to deny a refund request if there is evidence of misuse or repeated violations of our policies, or if the customer has previously requested and received refunds for services.
